5 hrs international calls for less than €6, what is the catch?
There is really no catch. You do have to sign up for a minimum of 6 months at €5.99 per month and you must pay by direct debit from a credit/debit card. You get up to 5 hours talk time every month. After 6 months if you wish to cancel the service you can do so with no fees, charges or penalties. If you do not cancel after 6 months we will continue to provide the service on a month to month basis at €5.99 per month until you tell us you want to cancel.

I have a bundle package from eircom (or another provider), can I use the service and keep my bundle?
Yes you can keep your package and still enjoy the huge savings of INTERNATIONAL PLUS. You access our service by dialling a local Dublin number (01 2559 599) which you can call from any telephone network including mobiles.
In fact you will probably find that calling Local & National numbers is free with your current bundle or provider – if you don't get free local & national calls then maybe you may be interested in switching your whole service to Swiftcall where you will get Free local & national calls. If I don't use the full 5-hr allowance does the balance carry forward to next month?
No, if you do not use the full 5 hours in any month then the unused portion is not carried forward, your allowance re-sets to 5 hours at the start of every month when we apply the charge of €5.99. This is how we can connect your calls for such a low cost – you are committing to buying 5 hours per month and we are passing on the bulk discount to you. So make sure you always try to use your full 5 hours allowance – no excuses anymore for not keeping in touch with family & friends overseas.

What if I use the full 5-hr allowance and want to make more calls?
No problem. You can always add more credit during the month. As your credit balance reduces you will hear a low credit warning advising you how much time you have left. You can add credit to your account by selecting the ∗1 option when you call our access number (01 2559 599). Any extra credit that you add during any month WILL carry forward to the following month if you do not use up all the extra credit that you added. You will still be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee of €5.99 at the beginning of the next month as normal.

Can I call any international number using INTERNATIONAL PLUS?
Yes, you can call any landline or mobile in any country using our service BUT please note that you may not get 5 hours talk time to every country. For a list of the countries where you will get 5 hours click here – calls to these countries account for 95% of international calls from Ireland. Some countries are very expensive for us to deliver calls to so in some cases you will not get 5 hours. For example – to call Afghanistan is expensive at 30c per minute so in this case you will get only 20 minutes (20 mins X 30c = €6) You can get details of your monthly allowance for every country by clicking here

How come it's so cheap?
We prefer to call it 'value' rather than 'cheap'. At Swiftcall we have been delivering low cost calls to Irish customers for 15 years now. We are a fully authorised telephone provider and are interconnected with several of the world's largest telephone networks which allows us the freedom to buy in services at the most competitive rates possible. We are an Irish owned and operated company and we use a low cost model that keeps our own costs low which in turn enables us to pass on the savings to our customers.
Phone calls generally do not cost a lot – what does cost a lot is big company cars, big corporate headquarters & even bigger executive bonuses. Things that, at the end of the day, the customer is paying for. At Swiftcall we just don't bother with those luxuries so as our customer, you do not have to pay for them.
