What number do I dial to make a call?

Am I limited to certain destinations when I sign up?

No, you can make National and International calls to landline and mobile numbers.

What is my Pin and Account number for?

You will be asked for a Pin and Account number if you call from a phone that is not recognised on your account.

Is there a limited time for when I have to use my credit.

Your account will always be kept activated as long as there has been a minimum of one call made in a 2 month period. If no call has been made in 60 Days, the account will be made dormant.

I am worried that my balance will run out and I will not be able to make any calls. Do you have an automated top up system?

Yes we do. If you are worried about your balance credit running low, we have an automated top up facility available to put your mind at rest. The top up is automatically made on our 30/60 day plans. You can decide how much is topped up when you add the facility to your account. If you have set up automatic recharge and want to cancel to avoid further payments please call 01-2096901.

If I do not have a Credit, Laser or Debit Card how do I top up?
